Dear Researchers,
The 23rd International Medical and Health Sciences Research Congress (UTSAK), continuing the series of congresses successfully organized on previous dates, will be held between October 10–11, 2026, with your valuable support.
Oral and poster presentations may be delivered in all subfields of Medical and Health Sciences. An online presentation option will also be available for participants who prefer to attend remotely.
Following the congress, the Congress Abstract Book and the Congress Proceedings Book, both with ISBN numbers, will be published within a short period. Participants may attend the congress by submitting only an abstract. Submission of a full-text paper is not mandatory.
The congress is organized in accordance with the current Associate Professorship criteria and academic promotion requirements.
Following the presentations, participants’ certificates of attendance will be assigned to their personal accounts on the UTSAK website.

All presentations delivered during the congress will be recorded and shared with the participants after the congress.
